In 2019, architect Bart America reimagined a 1970s modernist villa into a serene, contemporary retreat. For this home, located in Bolderberg, Il Granito worked with an exceptionally rare Tuscan marble, a unique blend of Arabescato and Calacatta. The stone’s bold veining and warm undertones complemented the architecture’s linear elegance, adding a sense of quiet drama to the interiors. A project where rarity meets restraint, and every surface tells a story of timeless materiality.
