Designed in 2014 by architect Massimo Pignanelli, then of MASS Architects, now UAU Collective. Villa B is a refined study in white. This modern residence embraces purity without coldness, using warm-toned materials to soften its clean geometry. Il Granito selected two exceptional marbles from Tuscany: Statuarietto for the floors and a top-grade Statuario for the bespoke furniture elements. The subtle interplay between tone and texture brings warmth, depth, and quiet elegance to this all-white composition.
